Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reel Estate ("Reel Estate", "we", "us"), a credit-based video-editing service for real estate agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

You buy credits and submit footage with a brief; we return an edited short-form video. One credit equals one edit. Our target turnaround is a first draft within 48 hours and revisions within 24 hours (about 72 hours total). Turnaround times are good-faith targets, not guarantees.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Credits, pricing, and payments

• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and charged through Stripe.
• Each request submission consumes one credit. Credits are tied to your account.
• Intro offer. The discounted first edit is available to new customers only and is limited to one redemption per customer and per payment method. We may refuse or reverse a discount we reasonably believe is being abused (for example, multiple accounts on the same card).
• Credits are generally non-refundable once an edit has been started or delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the footage you submit. You confirm that you have the rights to all footage, music, and likenesses in it and that editing it will not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited licence to store and edit your content solely to provide the service. The finished edited video is yours to use for your real estate business.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not authorised to use, and do not misuse the service or its promotions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, engagement, or sales from any video.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the request giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
