Reel Estate ("Reel Estate", "we", "us") provides a video-editing service for real estate agents. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up, including when you sign in with Google (we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google).
• Payment information. When you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data. We retain a payment reference and, to prevent promotional abuse, a non-identifying card "fingerprint" provided by Stripe.
• Content you submit. The footage links (Google Drive or iCloud), reference links, and briefs you provide so we can edit your videos.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical data and cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and deliver edited videos.
• To process payments and apply credits.
• To communicate with you about your requests and account.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of first-time promotions (for example, limiting an intro offer to one redemption per customer and payment method).
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google — sign-in (only if you choose Google sign-in).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and request data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
